Hello, hello! My name is Rosalinda and I'm a consumer strategist with extensive retail executive and entrepreneurial experience in business development, sustainable apparel, circular apparel, brand experience, and operations.

My strength in developing cultures of inclusivity and transparency stems from my expertise in aligning creative direction with business needs. I did this most notably at the half-billion-dollar sustainable fashion brand Eileen Fisher, where I led domestic and international in-store merchandising prior to founding The Asor Collective. Since moving to North Carolina I have deepened my connection to domestic manufacturing and have rounded out my 30+ years of experience by working within the domestic supply chain. I now bring my process-driven approach to support underrepresented founders and corporate leaders with tools and thinking to develop a values-based strategy in support of business growth.
